What does a Thugologist do?
As a thugologist (peacekeeper and violence interrupter,) Amazon Bookshop Author Cedric Dean meets with Charlotte clients to identify problems—emotional, mental, and behavioral—in their lives. Through observation, interviews, and tests, Cedric will analyze existing or potential disorders.

At facilities, institutions and schools, Amazon Bookshop Author Cedric Dean will:
- Identify psychological, emotional or behavioral issues
- Analyze psychological, emotional or behavioral disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes
- Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment
- Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions
- Teach classes
- Conduct peacekeeper and violence interrupter research
Additional duties:
- Work as political strategists and expert trial witness
- Design and evaluate educational programs
- Teach individuals and crowds about nonviolent conflict resolution
- Apply personality tests to individuals and groups of people
- Mediate Charlotte group discussions
- Educate the population on discrimination, prejudice, intergroup relations, and cultural and human diversity
cedric proficiently performs the following duties:
- Conduct research utilizing conditioning and stimuli to study human behavior
- Teach at colleges and universities
- Work with children in schools and correctional facilities, after trauma—or as an elementary, middle or high school character coach
- Consult with administrators to help them understand and change ineffective strategies, related to drug addiction; or mental health disorders
- Consult with colleges to help universities understand thuggish behavior and find a realistic solution
- Consult with government agencies, correctional centers or law enforcement.
