As a facilitator of the Victim Impact Program, he provides support and guidance to those affected by street violence. Yusuf is also a seasoned public speaker, captivating audiences with his insights on various topics, from street violence to managing grief caused by the loss of loved ones. He is the Vice President of S.A.V.E. Pennsylvania, an organization committed to promoting peace and safety within communities. Beyond his professional endeavors, Yusuf is known as a "mind cultivator," encouraging personal growth and self-reflection. His diverse skill set and passion for social change make him an invaluable asset to his community and beyond.

Dr. Cliff "Bilal" Skinner is a highly respected individual with over 15 years of experience in various esteemed organizations. He is a member of Prince Hall Masonry and the A.E.A.O.N.M.S. Inc. (Pyramid Temple #1), among other affiliate bodies.

Besides his organizational involvement, Cliff Skinner has made significant contributions in different fields. He is the CEO of S.A.V.E. Pennsylvania Branch, supporting individuals and communities facing mental health and social challenges. He is also a relationship therapist and marriage counselor, positively impacting people's lives.

Cliff is a leader and founding member of Watch God Move Deliverance Ministries. He established the non-profit organization #clearmyname to assist those falsely accused or convicted of crimes they did not commit. Additionally, he serves as the Outreach/Program Manager for Daddy University, contributing to educational programming and community outreach initiatives for fathers and their families.

Cliff has worked with various organizations like Project Home, Mental Health Partnerships, The Veterans Group, People For People, Inc., and the Mantua Haverford Community Center. His diverse professional experience includes recovery coaching, case management, and program facilitation.

He has received certifications such as Certified Peer Specialist sponsored by DBHIDS and completed specialized courses on mental health topics. Cliff holds a PhD in "Thugology" from Save School of Professional Thugology and possesses exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
